Credit Repair Advocates is a trading name of Bar Credit Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada.

Services

Credit Repair Advocates provides credit dispute and credit rebuilding services to Canadian consumers. Our services include reviewing your credit report, preparing and submitting dispute letters to Equifax Canada and TransUnion Canada, and providing guidance on rebuilding your credit history.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Credit bureau decisions are made independently by Equifax and TransUnion. Results vary based on your individual credit file. We commit to working diligently on your behalf, but cannot promise a specific score increase or timeline.

Your Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You authorize us to access your credit reports on your behalf and to submit disputes in your name. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Consumer Rights

Under Canadian consumer protection law, you have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. Engaging a credit repair service is entirely your choice. You may cancel our services at any time by contacting us directly.

Limitation of Liability

Credit Repair Advocates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
